SCULPTED WESTERN - a sculptural form with a strong character
Sculpted Western combines a high crown with dynamic, more organic surface shaping. Unlike classic Western shapes, its character is built on smooth transitions, asymmetry, and a clearly sculpted silhouette.
This mold is designed for projects where the crown is a key element of the entire hat. It provides a strong structural base, yet still allows for further handwork and fine-tuning of details using steam.
The model is made using 3D printing technology from lightweight and durable CR-PETG.
